Statistics
View charts, numbers, and trends that give you a complete picture of your event's performance — from registrations and check-ins to ticket sales, communications, and more.
Overview
The Statistics feature gives you a single place to see how your event is performing. It brings together numbers from every part of your event — registrations, check-ins, ticket sales, messages, surveys, and more — and displays them as easy-to-read charts and totals.
Where to find Statistics
From the left-hand navigation inside your event, select Statistics.
The page loads immediately with all available data for your event. Only the sections you have permission to view will be shown.
Before you start
- You need the Statistics permission to view the Statistics page. If the menu item is not visible, contact your administrator.
- Each section on the page (for example, Ticket Analytics or Survey Analytics) is shown only if you also have permission to access that module. If a section is missing, you may not have the required permission.
- Data is shown for the current event only. Switch events from the main navigation to see statistics for a different event.
How to use Statistics
Step 1 — Open Statistics
From your event's left-hand menu, select Statistics.
You will see a row of summary cards at the top, followed by detailed sections for each module.
Step 2 — Read the summary cards
At the top of the page, a row of cards shows the most important numbers at a glance:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Registrations | How many guests have registered for the event. |
| RSVP Response Rate | The percentage of invited guests who have responded (Yes, No, or Maybe). |
| Wedding Guests | Total wedding guests and how many have responded (shown only if Wedding RSVP is enabled). |
| Tickets Sold | How many tickets have been sold out of the total available. |
| Successful Orders | How many orders completed successfully. |
| Active Promo Codes | How many promo codes are currently active and how many times they have been used. |
| Total Check-ins | How many guests have checked in and what percentage that is of total registrations. |
| Badges Printed | How many badges have been printed. |
| Workshop Check-ins | Total check-ins across all workshops. |
| Concierge Requests | Total concierge requests and average rating. |
| Survey Responses | Total responses collected across all surveys. |
| Game Plays | Total game plays, with a note on how many were valid. |
Selecting a card will scroll the page to the relevant section for more detail.
Step 3 — Filter by date
By default, Statistics shows data for all time. To focus on a specific period, use the date filter buttons at the top right of the page.
| Button | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All Time | All data since the event was created. |
| Today | Data for the current day only. |
| Last 7 days | Data from the past 7 days. |
| Last 30 days | Data from the past 30 days. |
| Custom | Any date range you choose. |
To use a custom range:
- Select Custom.
- Enter a Start date and an End date using the date pickers that appear.
- Select Apply.
To remove a filter and return to all-time data, select Clear.
Step 4 — Read the charts
Scroll down the page to explore each section. Each section covers one module of the event.
The sections appear in this order (depending on your permissions):
- Registration & RSVP Analytics
- Wedding RSVP Analytics
- Ticket & Purchase Analytics
- Promo Code Analytics
- Communication Analytics (Email, WhatsApp, SMS)
- Check-in Analytics
- Badge Analytics
- Workshop Analytics
- Travel Analytics
- Concierge Analytics
- Survey Analytics
- Game Analytics
Each section contains one or more charts and a summary of key numbers.
Step 5 — Export a chart as a PNG image
Each chart has a PNG button next to it. Select it to download a copy of that chart as an image file.
This is useful for sharing a specific chart in a presentation or report.
Step 6 — Export data as a CSV spreadsheet
Each chart or table also has a CSV button. Select it to download the underlying data as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or any other application.
Step 7 — Export the full report as a PDF
To download the entire Statistics page as a formatted PDF document:
- Select Export PDF in the top-right area of the page.
- The PDF will be generated and downloaded automatically.
The PDF includes all charts and data visible on the page at the time of export, using the current date filter.

Common problems
I cannot see the Statistics page
You may not have the Statistics permission. Contact your administrator to request access.
A section is missing
Each section requires a separate permission. For example, Ticket Analytics requires ticket access, and Concierge Analytics requires concierge access. If a section you expect to see is missing, contact your administrator.
The numbers look lower than expected
Check whether a date filter is active. If a date range is set, only activity within that range is counted. Select Clear to remove the filter and see all-time data.
The PDF export failed
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again. If the problem continues, contact your administrator.
I cannot export a chart as PNG
The chart must be fully loaded on screen before the PNG export becomes available. If the button appears greyed out, wait a moment for the chart to finish rendering, then try again.
Tips
- Use the Last 7 days filter during the event to monitor live activity without being distracted by older data.
- Select a summary card at the top to jump directly to the section you need instead of scrolling.
- Export a PDF of the Statistics page after the event ends to keep a record of the event's performance.
- Use CSV exports to combine data from multiple events in a spreadsheet for cross-event comparisons.
- The Promo Code Details table shows new versus returning customers per code — useful for evaluating which codes attracted new audiences.
