Branding
Customize the look of public travel links for your event guests in Evencia.
Overview
The Branding page lets you customize the appearance of the public travel pages guests see — the Summary, Flights, Hotels, and Visa links you share with them. You can add your own logo and banner images, set custom colors for light and dark mode, add header and footer text, and control which languages guests can switch between.
Where to find Branding
- Open your event.
- Select Travel from the event menu.
- Select the Branding tab.
Logo
Upload an image to display at the top of every public travel page (for example, your event's logo).
- Use the Show toggle to control whether the logo is displayed at all.
- Select Choose file… to upload a new logo image.
- Select Remove current to delete the uploaded logo.
Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, WEBP. Maximum size: 2 MB.
Banner
Upload a wide image to display above the guest's card on the public travel page.
- Use the Show toggle to control whether the banner is displayed.
- Select Choose file… to upload a new banner image.
- Select Remove current to delete the uploaded banner.
Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, WEBP. Maximum size: 5 MB.
Colors
Set the primary, background, and text colors used on the public travel pages, separately for light and dark mode. Select each color swatch to open the color picker, or type a hex value directly.
Select Reset to Evencia colors to restore the default Evencia color palette.
Header text
Text shown at the top of the public travel page, below the logo and banner — for example, a welcome message for your guests.
Footer
- Upload a footer image, shown at the bottom of the public travel page.
- Add footer text, such as a copyright notice or contact information.
Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, WEBP. Maximum size: 5 MB.
Language selector
Choose which languages appear in the language switcher on public travel links. Available languages are English, Arabic, French, and Turkish.
If only one language is selected, the language switcher is hidden from guests entirely.
Saving your changes
Select Save Branding at the bottom of the page to apply your changes. Branding updates take effect immediately on all public travel links for the event.
Common issues
I can't see the Branding tab

My uploaded image doesn't show on the public page
Make sure the Show toggle for that image (logo or banner) is switched on, then save the form again.
