Game Stations

Overview

Game Stations are the physical locations where guests play games at your event — for example, an archery range, a puzzle table, or a racing simulator. You create stations first, and then assign one or more games to each station when setting up those games.

Stations are shared across all events on the platform, so a station you create here can be reused for other events.

Where to find Game Stations

From your event's navigation, select Games, then select the Stations tab at the top of the page.

Before you start

You need permission to create or manage game stations, or an administrator account.
Stations do not belong to a specific event — they are shared. Keep station names clear so they make sense across events.

How to manage stations

Step 1 — Open the Stations tab

From Games, select the Stations tab.

You will see all existing stations displayed as cards showing their name, description, and how many games are assigned to each station.

Step 2 — Create a station

Select Add Station in the top-right corner.

A form will open. Fill in the following fields:

Field	What to enter
Station Name	The name of the physical location, for example "Archery Range A". Maximum 200 characters. Required.
Description	An optional note about the station. Maximum 2,000 characters. Optional.

Select Create to save the station. It will appear as a card on the Stations tab.

Step 3 — Edit a station

To update a station's details:

Find the station card and select the pencil icon (Edit).
Update the fields you want to change.
Select Update to save.

Step 4 — Delete a station

To remove a station:

On the station card, select the trash icon (Delete).
Confirm the action.

The station is moved to the trash. It is not permanently removed — you can restore it if needed.

Step 5 — Restore or permanently delete a station

If you have restore or permanent delete permissions, a filter bar appears at the top of the Stations tab:

Select Trashed to see deleted stations.
Select the restore icon (circular arrow) to bring a station back.
Select the X icon to permanently delete the station. This cannot be undone.

Searching and filtering stations

At the top of the Stations tab you can:

Search — type in the search box to find stations by name or description. Results update as you type.
Filter by status — switch between Active, Trashed, and All (visible only if you have restore or permanent delete permission).

Station cards

Each station card shows:

Information	What it means
Name	The name of the station
Games count	How many games are currently assigned to this station
Description	A short note about the station, if one was entered
Trashed badge	Shown if the station has been deleted
