Update your Evencia account password.
Overview
You can change your own password at any time from your account settings. Keeping your password strong and up to date helps keep your account secure.
Where to find Change Password
Select your account name or profile area in Evencia and look for Change Password in the account settings section.
How to change your password
Step 1 — Enter your current password
In the Current password field, type the password you are currently using to log in.
If you enter the wrong current password, an error message will appear and you will not be able to continue.
Step 2 — Enter your new password
In the New password field, type the password you want to switch to.
Your new password must meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- Contains at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- Contains at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- Contains at least one number (0–9)
- Contains at least one symbol (such as
!,@,#,$)
A strength indicator below the field shows you how strong your new password is as you type.
Step 3 — Confirm your new password
In the Confirm new password field, type the same new password again to confirm it.
Step 4 — Save
Select Update password.
If everything is correct, your password is updated and you will see a success message. You will use the new password the next time you log in.
Common problems
"The current password is incorrect"
You entered the wrong current password. Try again carefully, making sure Caps Lock is not on.
"The password confirmation does not match"
The password you typed in the Confirm new password field does not match the New password field. Re-type both carefully.
"The password does not meet the requirements"
Your new password is missing one or more required elements (uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, or symbol). Review the requirements above and choose a stronger password.
