Send SMS messages to your event guests directly from Evencia.
Overview
The SMS feature lets you send text messages directly to your event guests' mobile phones. You can send a message right away, schedule it for a later date, or set up automatic recurring messages that go out on a regular schedule.
Use SMS to keep guests informed — send reminders before the event, share last-minute updates, or follow up after the event ends.
Immediate send
Compose a message and send it to guests right away.
Scheduled messages
Choose a date and time for a message to go out automatically.
Recurring messages
Send the same message daily, weekly, or monthly until a chosen end date.
Targeted campaigns
Target all guests, a specific tag group, or hand-pick individual guests.
Delivery tracking
Track how many messages were sent, delivered, or failed.
Where to find it
From your event, select SMS in the navigation menu. You will see three tabs:
- Campaigns — view and manage all SMS campaigns for the event.
- New Campaign — create a new SMS campaign.
- Message Logs — see every individual SMS that was sent, with its delivery status.
