Analytics
See how press are engaging with your press room and which assets are most popular.
Overview
The Analytics section gives you an overview of press room activity for your event. You can see how many journalists have been accredited, which assets have been downloaded the most, which outlets are most active, and which journalists have not yet downloaded anything.
Where to find it
From your event's main navigation, select Media, then Analytics.
Summary numbers
At the top of the page you will see a quick summary:

| Accredited | Total number of approved journalists. |
| Outlets | Number of distinct media organisations represented. |
| Assets | Total number of assets in the press room. |
| Downloads | Total number of asset downloads by press. |
| Unique downloaders | Number of individual journalists who have downloaded at least one asset. |
Top assets
A ranked list of the most downloaded assets. Each row shows the asset title, type, and total download count. Deleted assets that were previously downloaded are still included so the figures remain accurate.
Top outlets
A ranked list of the media organisations that have downloaded the most content. Each row shows the outlet name, total downloads, and the number of individual journalists from that outlet who have downloaded assets.
Downloads over time
A day-by-day chart showing how many downloads happened each day over the last 60 days. This helps you see whether a press announcement, asset release, or notification triggered a spike in activity.
Journalist engagement
A table listing every approved journalist alongside the number of assets they have downloaded. Journalists who have downloaded nothing appear at the top. This is useful for identifying who to follow up with — for example, journalists who applied, were approved, but have not yet visited the press room.
Common problems
I cannot see the Analytics section
You need the Analytics permission. Contact your administrator.
The download numbers look lower than expected
Downloads are only counted when a journalist downloads a file through the press room. Staff downloads (made directly from the Evencia admin interface) are not included in the count.
