How it works for press

Each event has a press room — a branded web page that accredited journalists visit to download assets and track their accreditation status.

Press access the press room by entering their email address and receiving a single-use sign-in code. There is no password to remember.

From the press room, a journalist can:

  • Check the status of their accreditation application.
  • Browse and download photos, videos, and other assets.
  • Filter assets by press kit.
  • View their own profile and update their details.

Assets only appear to journalists who are approved and whose accreditation covers that content. Embargoed assets stay hidden until the embargo lifts.
